We have provided winter clothes and shoes to international students and young families (in the UK) needing them. This initiative is achievable through the help of numerous charitable individuals who clear out their wardrobe and donate appropriate wears to be distributed. It helps students and their families keep warm during the winter season while saving costs.
The first and second batches of the collection of winter wear was successfully held on the 11th and 30th of November, 2023, and in Aberdeen, Scotland. It was organised by our volunteers who reside in the UK, partnering with the local parishes. After a successful drive, the donated items were distributed to students who indicated interest. It was a fulfilling day for the volunteers and all those who participated in the collection. The students and their families expressed profound gratitude to the foundation for such a massive show of love.
